Shipping Policy

Policy version: 2026.8.8 / manual-20260913-shipping-en

Article 1 (Delivery Types and Procedures)

① Standard inspected delivery (C2C): seller ships the product → rareon inspection center receives and inspects it → product is delivered to the buyer after passing inspection (average 4–7 business days)

② Stored/expedited delivery: a product already received and inspected at the rareon warehouse is dispatched immediately after payment (average 1–3 business days)

③ Direct-sale delivery (B2C): the rareon logistics center packs and dispatches the product immediately after payment confirmation (average 1–3 business days)

④ Pre-order and made-to-order limited goods, including sell-out-triggered production: production begins after the target order amount is reached or the product sells out, and delivery will occur within four months from confirmation of the sell-out. The Company clearly states the expected delivery period on the payment screen and obtains the user's checkbox consent, constituting a separate agreement on the supply date under the proviso to Article 15(1) of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Etc. If supply is unavoidably delayed or becomes difficult, the Company promptly notifies the user of the reason and, at the user's request, takes necessary measures including a refund in accordance with applicable law.

Article 2 (Responsibility for Shipping Charges)

① Seller → inspection center inbound shipping: paid by the seller, unless a promotion provides otherwise

② Inspection center → buyer delivery: paid by the buyer

③ Return shipping after failed inspection: paid by the seller where the failure is attributable to the seller

Article 3 (Delayed Inbound Shipment and Failure to Ship)

The seller must complete shipment by the deadline designated by the Company after the transaction is concluded, such as within 48 hours. Failure to ship without a valid reason may result in automatic cancellation and a penalty against the seller. The Company does not unreasonably delay or obstruct a buyer's withdrawal or refund request; see Article 12 concerning prohibited dark patterns.

Article 4 (Damage or Loss in Transit)

For damage or loss occurring during carriage by a partner courier designated by the Company, the Company assists with handling the claim under the courier's compensation rules and the Company's compensation policy. The Company is responsible for loss or damage occurring during storage or handling by the Company or the inspection center.

Article 5 (High-Value Products and Special Packaging)

For rare collectibles, high-value trading cards, and similar products, the Company may apply additional protective measures, including dedicated damage-resistant packaging and shipping insurance. Any related charge is disclosed in advance.
