FAQ

Official RAREON answers about reservations, purchases, contents, shipping and authenticity. Check each product for its specific terms and current availability.

How is shipping handled for Rare-On Drop products?

Once your payment is confirmed, we begin preparing your order. When it ships, the courier and tracking number are shown in your order details.

Can I cancel my order or receive a refund?

Whether an order can be cancelled or refunded depends on the payment status and the stage of order processing. Please contact our Customer Center with your order number.

What is RAREON?

RAREON introduces and sells limited edition collectibles based on official sports, artist and character IP. Check each product page for its contents and current availability.

Does making a reservation charge me immediately?

A reservation is separate from purchasing and paying for a product. For draw-based campaigns, check the result, purchase eligibility and sale period before purchasing. Procedures vary by campaign; refer to its current notice and product page.

Will I receive physical items?

Physical and digital contents vary by product. Review the contents, production and shipping information, and buyer benefits before purchasing. Follow the product-specific instructions when box opening or a separate shipping request is required.

Where can I check prices and stock?

Check each product page for the displayed payment currency, price, sale status and remaining quantity. An unconfirmed price for an upcoming product is not an available purchase price. Sold-out products cannot be purchased.

How can I hear about upcoming collections after a sell-out?

Sign in on the collection sale alerts page and enable an alert for a collection you are interested in. An alert does not grant access to a sold-out sale. Check the announcements and conditions for each upcoming collection.

Can I use card authentication now?

The authentication service is currently in preparation. Refer to official announcements for supported products, apps and registration steps. Technology descriptions and concept images do not mean that the feature is already available for every product.
