AUTHENTICITY · DIGITAL WATERMARK

Original design. Smarter verification.

Digimarc DVB
Concept illustration of a smartphone camera scanning a card beside a RAREON TCG pack
Illustration for understanding the technology.

Discover card and pack authentication using invisible digital watermarks (Digimarc DVB). Digital codes embedded in the artwork connect a product to its authentication information and history.

  • Invisible by design

Codes are embedded in the artwork without a visible mark. The technology uses conventional printing to preserve the card and pack design.

  • A code that connects the history

Unique product codes can connect pack and box information and support distribution history tracking.

  • Digital signals read by a camera

Repeated codes are detected by compatible apps and readers. The technology is designed to read the digital signal from a portion of the artwork.

How authentication works

  1. Code creation

A unique code is embedded in the print artwork.

  2. Distribution history

Receiving and sales records are linked to the code.

  3. Scan the card or pack

Capture the product using a compatible app.

  4. Check the information

View the linked authentication information and history.

  5. Collection registration

Check registration instructions and product-specific reward information.

The authentication service is in preparation. Supported apps, eligible products, registration and reward policies will be announced separately.
